Debbie Fleming Performs Songs and Stories of Canada
July 16, 2014 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
$10Debbie is thrilled to have been chosen to, once again, grace the stage in the beautiful Artists Garden. Surrounded by beautiful greenery, complete with water feature, this is a little oasis in the middle of the city of Toronto. The concert takes place rain or shine. Last time it rained lightly, and people either sat with umbrellas or joined Debbie onstage, which has a roof.
Debbie is putting together songs written by Canadians such as David Clayton Thomas, Leonard Cohen, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Shirley Eikhard and many more writers, including her own material. There will be stories from Debbie’s personal experience, to go with a lot of the songs.
It should be an early evening of fun music and song – Debbie will be accompanied by bassist, Victor Bateman. With the concert completed by 9pm (with a short break for refreshments) – the evening is still yours to enjoy.
